Services for architects and interior designers
Architects and interior designers, if you work with listed buildings but your team lacks heritage expertise. Or maybe you require an extra pair of hands to progress that listed building consent. If that is the case, my services can support your work to achieve your client’s goals.
Undoubtedly, my advice will avoid wasted work in your design process. Because your proposal, combined with my services, will work as one to enhance the building’s significance and increase the chances of planning success.
“Eva guided us during the application process. She produced a comprehensive heritage statement for our grade II listed, indicating which repairs were needed and how to tackle them. She also advised on the planning application for the land adjacent to the listed building and assisted during the discharge of conditions.”

Client's review
“We worked with Eva on what should have been a simple Historic Building Planning issue which the Planners turned into a significant matter requiring a detailed Heritage Statement, prepared by Eva. This Statement eventually proved to be one of the principle reasons our Client received Listed Building Consent for the proposed works.
We have found Eva to be very professional, clear and concise in her approach to preparing the information asked of her and would not hesitate in recommending her to anybody needing the expertise of a historic expert.
We will, no doubt, use Eva’s services in the future on similar projects.”
