It was a real pleasure to work with Eva. We learnt so much about our own house that Eva’s report is now a family heirloom!

Her research has helped us fashion our own project and given us confidence that the planning officer will see things like we do. All of that with the utmost professionalism.

Client's representative review

“A tech client of ours needed advice on changes they could make to a listed building in London that would allow them to upgrade things to function as a business whilst being sympathetic to it’s heritage.  We were recommended Eva, who was brought on as our Heritage Consultant and has been extremely helpful and thorough in her research, and has been instrumental in helping us liaise with the Landlord’s team.  All of the other design consultants on our team have mentioned to me how impressed they have been by her knowledge and attitude.  I would definitely use Eva again if I worked on another project that needed a Heritage Consultant.”

Certificate for roof replacement grade II listed building

Roof replacement and repairs

Grade II listed building in Hackney
